Cycling Lessons are done in an outdoor location of your choosing and ability. You will warm up, exercise, cool down and stretch as with other sessions. Sessions are also one hour; however, a typical lesson will take two to three hours to conduct. Depending on where you train there may be additional fees. Cycling Lessons can also be used for sports specific strength and conditioning and are one of the best ways to improve leg strength and endurance while limiting joint impact. The hour is yours to use as you see fit with our expertise added to make it productive. This is a single lesson. All sessions are non-refundable and expire if not used within six months.
