Personal Training is done in a gym setting or outdoors in a fixed area such as a park. You will warm up, exercise, cool down and stretch with sessions typically lasting one hour. Depending on where you train there may be additional fees. We can come to a gym of your choosing or arrange one of our own. Personal training sessions can also be used for sports specific strength and conditioning. The hour is yours to use as you see fit with our expertise added to make it productive. This is a package of ten sessions. All sessions are non-refundable and expire if not used within six months.
